Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.

Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

The Flow keeps the water frigid and the cedar exterior looks gorgeous on my deck. It arrived curbside on a pallet and two of us walked it into the backyard. I plunge every morning at 45°F before work and it's transformed my mornings. Build quality is excellent.
You can tell this is handcrafted — the cedar staves are tight and the finish is clean. Pairs with a chiller and holds temperature beautifully. Recovery after lifting has never been better.
Love the plunge itself. Just be aware the chiller is a separate purchase if you want to dial in cold temps year-round — the tub alone relies on ice. Once I added a chiller it was perfect. Delivery was LTL freight, smooth process.
I was nervous about the price but this thing is built like a tank. The water stays clean with the filtration and the cedar smell is amazing. I do contrast therapy with my sauna right next to it.
Three minutes at 50 degrees every morning. The Flow is deep enough to submerge to my shoulders and the bench inside is a nice touch. Easy to drain and clean.
The plunge is well made and I'm happy with it now that it's here. Three stars because shipping took almost six weeks and tracking updates were sparse. Once it arrived the curbside delivery went fine. Just set expectations on lead time.
Set it up on my patio and it's become the centerpiece. Cold plunge in the morning, friends ask about it constantly. The wood has weathered beautifully over the winter.
After tearing my ACL, my PT recommended cold immersion. The Flow has been a huge part of my recovery. Comfortable to get in and out of and the temperature holds steady with the chiller.
