- Ships curbside via LTL freight on a pallet or crate — the driver brings it to your driveway or curb.

Delivered as a pre-cut kit for indoor assembly on a firm, level, waterproofed surface near a dedicated electrical supply. A licensed electrician must connect the heater. See the product manual for full guidelines.

Free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Curbside delivery only — the driver delivers to the curb and lowers your item to ground level. The driver does not bring it inside, into a yard, or up stairs.
Warranty Coverage

Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on new, unused items with original tags and packaging. Email us for an RMA number before returning — you pay return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items and custom or built-to-order items are final sale. Refunds process within up to 30 days of receipt; cancelling a backordered item carries a 6% processor fee. See our Return Policy for full details.
Installation & Assembly
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day if needed.
White Glove or inside delivery (and, where available, assembly) can be arranged before shipment for an additional charge. Ensure the freight truck can access your location and that the path to the install site is clear.

This cabin is a stunning piece of design. The integrated lighting and clean modern lines make it feel like a high-end spa rather than a backyard add-on. It arrived crated on freight, curbside, and the installers we hired had it assembled in a day. The heater reaches temperature quickly and the bench room is generous. Worth every penny for the experience and the build quality.
We've used commercial saunas at resorts and the Lumaria genuinely matches that level. The materials are premium, the glass is beautiful, and it heats evenly and fast. We use it nightly to unwind. The freight delivery was well coordinated and the crating protected everything perfectly.
Gorgeous sauna with a premium feel throughout. It's a substantial unit, so I'd strongly suggest professional installation rather than a DIY attempt - we did and it was money well spent. The curbside freight was heavy. Once installed it heats quickly and the lighting is gorgeous. Four stars only because install isn't trivial.
The Lumaria is the most beautiful sauna I looked at, and it performs as well as it looks. The heater is powerful and even, the bench is comfortable, and the design elevates our whole space. Customer service was attentive throughout the order. Couldn't recommend more.
Stepping into the Lumaria after work feels like checking into a spa. The build is impeccable, the lighting is calming, and it heats fast. Premium product through and through. The delivery team handled the heavy freight with care.
This is a serious investment but the quality justifies it completely. Flawless construction, beautiful materials, even and fast heat. We use it nearly every day and it has held up perfectly. Highly recommend professional installation to do it justice.
No complaints about the cabin's quality - it's gorgeous and performs wonderfully. But this is a large, heavy unit and the install is involved enough that DIY isn't realistic for most people. Budget for an installer and for the freight. Once it was up and running we've loved it, hence the honest middle rating reflecting setup effort.
