• Flat-rate freight: $950 to the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states), shipped via LTL freight.
• Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico — we ship there; call or text (877) 417-9006 first for a freight quote (online checkout is Lower-48 only).
• Most orders dispatch within 5 business days; a tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
• Curbside delivery only — the driver lowers the item to ground level on a wooden pallet.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

SaunaLife warrants that the sauna will be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use for the lifetime of the sauna in residential applications, to the original retail purchaser. Warranty service is limited to repairing or replacing any factory-assembled component deemed defective in workmanship.

Not Covered

• Sauna heaters and added components (covered separately by their manufacturer)
• Labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, or delivery costs
• Natural wood aging, weathering, UV discoloration, or checking
• Cosmetic changes from normal use and normal material wear
• Damage from improper installation, alteration, misuse, or commercial use

To File a Claim

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on this product within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@saunacompanyusa.com with your order number.

Shipping Damage — If the return is required due to damage, include photos of the damage and note whether shipping damage was recorded upon signing for delivery. Shipping costs are fully covered for carrier-caused damage.

No-Damage Returns — No restocking fee is charged. You will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, less any required new boxing fees of approximately $20–$50 depending on the product.

Damaged Product — If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. We assist throughout the process.

Curbside Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not unpack or carry items indoors. You are responsible for moving the product from curbside and for any assembly. Please arrange help or local movers for delivery day.

White Glove Delivery (Optional)

White glove delivery is available by customer arrangement. You contact and book a white glove delivery service of your choice — we ship the sauna to their facility, and they handle the final-mile delivery and placement. Email info@saunacompanyusa.com for help finding a local white glove provider.
